How CIPD study works
CIPD Bitesize
CIPD is a matrix assessment qualification, which means you will be presented with approximately 80 to 90 specific questions. You will need to answer these questions within a word count of 300 to 350 words, using evidence and references to demonstrate your understanding.
To assist you with this, HRC Online has developed CIPD Bitesize. This resource includes a video for each question, breaking down the question and providing various reading tips. Each video also presents a scenario to help you understand the question from a different perspective.
