A message from our Founder
For all the convenience that is offered by online learning, one of the things I think people can sometimes struggle with is that feeling of loneliness or a lack of peer-to-peer learning. One of the more important people professional skills is collaboration, discussion, and peer-to-peer support, and so we wanted to create a community that not only helped HRC Online learners but also learners studying elsewhere.
I have seen a few groups and communities online which are filled with advice that would negatively impact your career, such as using assessment writing support or generative AI tools. I didn’t want any learner to be in a situation where they risk their qualification and career due to some bad advice, so we are creating this HRC Online community so you can get support from a registered and approved CIPD provider.

Our community is FREE. You can ask questions about the CIPD qualification and get helpful guidance and support regardless of whether you’re an HRC Online learner or not.
NO! You need to be formally enroled with an approved CIPD provider to gain the qualification this is a free study support tool.
HRC Online are an approved provider you can enrol with us.
At this time, this is a learning community. We may eventually look at offering more services, courses, and subscriptions through the platform, but at the moment, this is about learning and being curious.
CIPD Bitesize is our assessment support available for purchase through the community for learners not enrolled with HRC Online.
HRC Online learners have CIPD Bitesize built into their learning path. However, if you’re looking for additional support, CIPD Bitesize can help.
