Founded in 2022, HRC Online was born from a bold vision: to revolutionise online education for HR professionals. This vision earned our founder a spot on HR Magazine’s Most Influential Thinkers 2023, making us the first CIPD training provider to achieve this honour.

Learner onboarding & tracking
When a learner enrols with us, they begin with a Face-to-Face onboarding session with a dedicated Learning Engagement Mentor (LEM). This session allows us to:
- Understand the learner’s goals and specific needs
- Design a tailored study plan based on their available time and preferred learning style
From there, we track login frequency and study duration to monitor progress against the agreed plan.

Corporate FAQ's
We have a minimum learning period of 3 months for CIPD Level 3 and 4 months for CIPD Level 5, with a maximum learning period of 18 months for Level 3 and 24 months for Level 5. With that said, the average learning period is about 6 months for CIPD Level 3 and 10 months for CIPD Level 5.
We provide over 120 guided learning hours for CIPD Level 3 and 175 guided learning hours for CIPD Level 5. With an estimated total qualification time of 240 hours for Level 3 and 420 hours for Level 5.
You have direct access to a Learning Engagement Mentor who will support you with any questions you may have. You will also have a live calendar link to book face-to-face sessions at any point throughout your course.
No, we have a rule of studying a maximum of one unit at a time. You will access your next module upon submission of your assessment. This allows you to receive feedback from marking and improve as you study.
Due to our learning format, you will answer each question as you go. Once you have answered all the questions, you compile your answers into one document and submit them to be graded.
Yes! You must be a CIPD member for the duration of your studies. We can’t submit your assignments for moderation, give you assessment grades, or award your qualification unless you’re an active CIPD member, so you must register before submitting your first assignment.
There are no time exams. All CIPD courses are fully assessment-based, in which you will answer on average 10 questions per module
Right away! When you enrol, you’ll be able to log in to your course and get started within an hour. There are no set start dates or schedules – everything is shaped around you.
You can either continue your payment plan for the full duration, or we can work with you to arrange a completion payment to cover the remaining months in one lump sum

No, you do not need to be working in HR to start your learning on a CIPD Level 3 or CIPD Level 5 course. Although it is recommended to have about 2 years of HR experience for the CIPD Level 5
